What we collect and why

New face applications. Your name, email, age, height, town, Instagram handle and the link to your digitals, so we can assess whether to invite you to meet us. We rely on your consent, which you give with the tick box and can withdraw at any time.

Package requests and shortlists. Your name, company, contact details and the brief, so we can quote and place options. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Your package on this site. The faces you add are stored only in your own browser. We never see them unless you send a request.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful applications are deleted after 12 months. Business enquiries are kept for six years for accounting purposes.

Applicants under 18

We only progress an application from someone under 18 with a parent or guardian, who must attend every meeting and sign any agreement.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
